    Where required, our in-house interior design support assists with selections, finishes, fixtures, colour palettes, and overall design direction to ensure every detail feels cohesive and considered.

    From planning and approvals through to practical construction considerations, we provide thoughtful guidance and informed solutions to create a seamless and enjoyable experience. Any applicable fees for this stage will be clearly outlined and agreed with you before work commences.

  • As your project progresses, we move into detailed budget alignment and project preparation. This is also a paid pre-construction stage, with all associated fees clearly communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

    We work closely with you to finalise scope, selections, timelines and budget expectations. Transparency and communication remain a priority throughout, ensuring you have a clear understanding of your project before committing to construction.

    Our detailed preparation process provides greater cost clarity, reduces uncertainty and allows your project to transition efficiently into construction while maintaining the high standard of quality and craftsmanship we are known for.

  • Once everything is approved, construction begins. Backed by experienced project management and a trusted network of skilled trades and suppliers, we bring your vision to life with precision and care.

    From structural work through to bespoke finishes, every detail is carefully executed to create a home that feels timeless, refined, and uniquely yours.

  • As your project nears completion, we undertake a comprehensive final review to ensure every detail reflects our commitment to quality. After completing final finishes and adjustments, we guide you through your new home with a detailed client walkthrough before officially handing over the keys to your beautifully finished space.
